While you will lie on the Reiki table, I will use my hands on or above specific point of your body, to send you Reiki Maternity energy. Depending of your pregnancy, we will talk about adjusting your position on the table more often.
Reiki Maternity is being conducted the same as Reiki healing, in addition to all the benefits of a Reiki healing session I'll focus more on your well being, hormones levels, endocrinien system, chakra balance, body alignment, body pain, energies between mom and baby and always following your body energies where it needs to focus.
I might also use some crystals, essential oil, sounds, herbs, as needed for that session and with your authorization.
Using Essential oil in Reiki Maternity can help the body to evacuate some toxins, but can be even more delicate than during non-pregnancy, if you have any allergies, please let me know.
I will start the session by 5 minutes knowing each other or update on your needs, when you will be ready and comfortable to receive Reiki energies you will lie at your comfort on the table, and I will end our session with a 5 minutes check in.
I'm located in the hills of San Pablo, East Bay, California. I can travel to you, (with additional fees).
A quiet area will be best to experience the benefits of the session. (No children running around or barking dog).
I will bring my Reiki table to your place.
I offer:
- One time session.
